Plans, pricing, and managing your FishMem subscription via Stripe.
FishMem Cloud billing runs on monthly Stripe subscriptions. You pick a plan, the plan sets your monthly credit capacity, and you manage everything through the Stripe customer portal from the dashboard.

Start on Hobby for free to evaluate. Starter, Growth, and Pro step up the monthly credit capacity as your usage grows. Enterprise is custom — talk to us if you need volume, terms, or arrangements beyond Pro.
How plans relate to credits
Your plan is the bucket; credits are the meter. Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment, and metered operations draw down against it. Moving up a tier raises your monthly capacity. For what each operation costs and how to estimate spend, see Usage and credits.
Managing your subscription
Subscriptions are handled through Stripe. From the dashboard, open the Stripe customer portal to:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- Update your payment method.
- View invoices and billing history.
- Cancel your subscription.
Because billing goes through Stripe's portal, your card details and invoices are managed by Stripe directly — FishMem doesn't handle raw payment data.
Changing plans
When you change plans, your monthly credit capacity changes with it. Upgrade when you're consistently bumping against your allotment; the usage views in the dashboard show how much headroom you have so you can time the move.
